VIVERE was founded in 2018 with the vision to disrupt the consumer goods industry. We are a data-driven incubation platform for next generation consumer products and brands.

We have launched more than 10 brands and 250 products in 16 markets across several categories including lifestyle, beauty, wellness, pet, and garden care.

VIVERE operates a vertically integrated setup with in-house marketing, design, research and development, production, supply chain, and digital sales functions.

We sell through Amazon, our own e-commerce, and 3rd-party retailers. VIVERE also serves as an end-to-end incubator for well-known artists and influencers who want to build their own brands.

For our Hamburg office, we are looking for an HSE Management Intern (f/m/x).

Tasks

Report directly to the Director Production Management
Ensure the organization complies with current German and international health and safety legislation
Maintain and develop VIVERE Environmental Health & Safety Management System
Conduct Safety Induction for new employees
Develop and implement EHS training programs
Conduct safety walk/inspection on the shop floor and office floor
Prepare and update safety risk assessments
Handle HSE Incidents Investigations and reporting
Conduct frequent fire inspections and drills
Handle authorities, clients and 3rd party safety audits and inspections
Review project ideas and identify if any hazard might be created and introduce control/preventive measures
Investigate and report nearmiss incidents
Review safety data sheets of raw materials
Ensure proper storage and handling of chemicals
Conduct Safety toolbox talks and refresher training
Handle waste management
Supervise and coordinate with waste management service providers
Follow up on agreements renewal of related service providers
Follow up on the implementation of the preventive and corrective actions and ensure that nonconformities are closed accordingly

Requirements:

Ideally working towards a Bachelor or Master degree in EHS, Safety or similar
Passion for engaging people and creating a vision
Proficient in English
Knowledge of ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001 is a plus
