What you'll do

We are looking for a Solution Architect (f/m/d) in the Fulfillment & Delivery (F&D) IT Team which is part of SAP's internal ATLAS Program.

In the F&D area we are focusing on the development of solutions for our internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth, transparent, and automated way of provisioning infrastructure landscapes to SAP's private cloud customers.

As an F&D Solution Architect (f/m/d) you will have following tasks and responsibilities:

Be responsible for the technical architecture of our solutions
Have a focus on scalability and automation while taking architectural decisions
Work closely with your product owner to align on priorities and bringing the team forward
Explain architecture ideas to the development team
Work collaboratively with other product owners, architects and developers crossworkstream towards a solution working endtoend
Participate in refinement sessions with business stakeholders and verify technical feasibility of business user stories
Decompose business user stories and lead the development team in all technical matters
Take part in scrum ceremonies like Dailies, Sprint Plannings, Retros etc.

What you bring

8+ years of experience as architect or senior developer with experience in architectural design
Proven track record of successfully delivered projects as architect or senior developer
Knowledge about architectural design patterns
Design sustainable architecture with a focus on scalability and automation
Product knowledge in at least one of the following SAP Modules: PP, PM (S/4 Equipments), SD, MM
Experience in working in an agile environment according to SAFe methodology
Experience with JIRA
Quick learner
Very good analytical skills
Good communication skills
Structured and goaloriented approach to work
Proactive attitude of getting things done
Team player
Challenger of status quo
Fluent English language skills oral and written
Knowledge about RAP, ABAP/ABAP OO, SAP Fiori, UI5, OData is a plus
