Sitting within our P&C function, we are growing a new team to be responsible for the systems which sit at the heart of our HR processes and practices.
Acting as a first line of support and gateway to the Tech teams, this team will define the processes and requirements of our SAP SuccessFactors platform, and also act as a first level of support.
Key aspects of this role will include:
- Configuration of SAP SuccessFactors & close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Tech, People & Culture and Center of Excellence for the more complex configuration and customization of the system
- Demand management regarding digitalization related requests from P&C and other stakeholders from the business side
- Keyuser support and internal training with focus on SuccessFactors
- Feasibility assessment of HR requests for core HR system changes, with strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors
- Continuous proactive maintenance and improvement of the system, eg assessment of additional solutions, products, rollouts, process optimization etc. for C&As European countries
- Support release management process for SuccessFactors
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally as a Key User, Super User or point of technical contact for a wider team
- Logical approach to HR processes and workflows, and the ability to identify them in an HR IT system
- Supportive attitude for providing 1st level support
- Analytical thinking and solution driven mindset with the capability to easily adapt to changing complex requirements
- Proactivity, good communication skills and knowing how to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English language (verbal & written)
