In this role you will:

Assist in creating reports and technical documents
Enter accurate metadata to electronic records to facilitate easy search and retrieval
Implement trackers to monitor close out of proprietor actions
Manage and control information circulation
Set up an efficient document management system
Support the quality & document control team to meet objectives
Update, maintain, archive and retrieve procedures, registers, trackers and databases

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have experience in a similar document management role
Have experience in PROCORE which is critical for this role-
Enjoy managing a large range of information-
Good Knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of German is an advantage
Have excellent Excel and PowerPoint IT skills
