Tasks

What you will do at HYVE

• Lead design and prototyping projects for our clients from different industries (FMCG, medical, consumer electronics, etc.)
• Manage design projects through all phases, from first research to implementation
• Participate in ideation workshops with our clients as an ideator, group moderator and idea visualizer
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, researchers, engineers and external suppliers
• Sell & acquire design and innovation projects
• Represent the HYVE Group at conferences and symposia

Requirements:

What you should bring along

• At least 34 years of professional experience as a product or industrial designer (M/F/d) or comparable qualification
• High level of creativity, distinct sense of style, technical understanding, empathy and interest in humancentric design
• Pleasure in developing innovative solutions in the area of interaction between user / technology and interest in new technologies and trends
• Teamoriented and autonomously working, as well as the ability to quickly grasp new ideas and concepts and visualize them (analogue and digital)
• Excellent knowledge of SolidWorks and/or Rhinoceros, Keyshot, Adobe CC as well as MS Office
• Excellent German and English language skills are essential
• Driving license
