The Role

Key Responsibilities

Manage your team & resources on incoming hiring requests
Own communication with senior management & critical stakeholders
Advice your team and the company on TA strategies and KPIs
Derive smart actions out of TA data and help us to further build out the tools to track and visualize TA performance
Strengthen our Employer Brand

Proven track record hiring high performing teams with high NPS score and low attrition across multiple locations and Business Units
Experience in stakeholder coaching and management
Strong attention to detail to ensure highquality deliverables
Management skills and transparent goal setting for your team
Capability to track and analyse TA data and derive smart data driven actions
Positive people personality and ability to build trustful relationships
