Salary:
€45,000 On Target Earning with additional uncapped commission.

Valid Driver's License, Relevant Degrees/Certificate - Construction Studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Surveying, Sales and Business related field etc.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client's team as a Site Validation and Inspection Coordinator in Germany Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to work with their partnered construction companies to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of site validation and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:


Site Validation:
Collaborate with construction partners to validate potential project sites. This includes evaluating site access, utilities, and other critical factors.


Structural Inspections:

In conjunction with nominated construction companies, coordinate the inspections comprehensive structural inspections of sites to identify potential challenges and opportunities for optimisation.

Routing Planning:
Plan efficient routing strategies to save time and costs during site visits and inspections.


Site Walks:
Execute site walks, documenting site conditions through photos and conducting access inspections.


Landlord/Owner Interaction:

Engage with landlords and owners to obtain necessary information related to site acquisition and access, resolving any queries or concerns.

Data Management:

Maintain accurate records and data related to site validations and inspections, ensuring all information is up to date and readily accessible.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a sales & customer service environment and comfortable dealing with clients on a daily basis.
• Fluent German & English
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot potential issues or improvements on construction sites.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with landlords, owners, and construction partners.
• Flexibility to travel to various project sites within your allocated region.
• Previous experience in construction or site validation is a plus but not mandatory.
• A degree or certification in a relevant field is preferred (Construction Studies, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Surveying, Sales & Business related field etc.)
