Job description:

l Assist with communications to dealers on upcoming releases, changes and promotions, etc. Check shipping/tracking information with dealer partners when necessary

l Support account manager in organizing client meeting, client annual summit, tech summit, etc. and follow-up of customer meetings

l Process sales orders for dealer partners


l Support CEO and account department in customer relationship management, follow up on the progress of communication with key customers in each account department.

l Assist the CEO and account department with customers' quote.

l Coordinate with logistics department on new orders and special instructions. Verify order information generated from SAP and produce monthly sales reports.

l Assist sales team in general administrative functions and Finance team when necessary

l Maintain sales records, customer records, and product information.


Job requirements:

l 2+ years related Experience;
l Excellent communication skills with customers and quote ability

l Experience with CRM

l Knowledge of Office suite (Excel, Power Point)

l Proficient in English and Chinese, German is preferred

l Capable of business travels & Strong ability to work under pressure

l 协助客户经理组织参于客户会议,组织关键客户会议包括但不限于客户年度峰会,技术峰会,专项交流会议等。

l 确保客户界面会议后续动作内部传递及有序跟踪管理。

l 协助CEO 及客户部进行客户关系管理工作,跟踪各个客户部关键客户沟通进展。

l 协助CEO 及客户部进行客户界面报价。

l 同物流部门就新的订单或特殊运输情况进行协调,并核对SAP订单信息。

l 协商团队处理一些基本行政事务,必要时协助财务团队。

l 维护销售记录、客户记录及产品信息,并制作每月销售报告


工作要求:
l 2 年相关工作经验

l 客户沟通能力和基本报价能力

l 客户关系管理能力

l 熟练Excel 及Power Point

l 中文,英文熟练,会德语更加

l 适应出差,抗压能力好
