Context
DPAM is an independent active asset management firm and manages investment funds as well as discretionary mandates on behalf of institutional clients, for a total amount of € 43 billion, as of December 2022.
DPAM has a strong focus on research with a proprietary in-house fundamental and quantitative analyst team, supporting the firm's asset management activities.
To reinforce our International Sales & Marketing team of the Institutional Asset Management department, we are looking for a (M/F/D)Your Position
Based in Frankfurt, you will ensure the development, support and follow-up of the client portfolio in this market.
You will be in charge of:
- Prospecting the area of pension funds, insurance companies and other institutional investors on the German market and maintaining the pipeline of qualitative prospects;
- Identifying and offering DPAM investment solutions to Germanbased fund distributors, Institutional Endinvestors as well as local partners;
- Strengthening and further cultivating the commercial relationship with existing clients as well as identifying and targeting new investors;
- Undertaking the necessary initiatives and ensure the setup of successful actions with valuable feedback;
- Making accurate analyses of the potential clients and providing them measured proposals;
- Industry Networking and organizing introductory meetings within investment professionals;
- Performing a rigorous follow up of the portfolios and take care of the communication toward the institutional clients;
- Interacting effectively across the organization;
- Strong ability to develop new business proven through consistent trackrecord;
- Convincing personality, able to have high level contacts and to build a relevant network;
- Clientoriented attitude, motivator and negotiating skills;
- Excellent communication skills and performing strong presentations with eye for detail and precision.

- A (academic) profile with a strong interest in Economics and Finance;
- Experience with financial products in a commercial, analytical or management function;
- Strong command of English and German;
- Strong knowledge in MS Office
