- Oversight overfinancial closing and Reporting (US GAAP &Statutory)
- Preparation of statutory financialstatements
- Main points person for internal,financial and tax auditors
- Responsible for SOX/local financial controls
- Analysis and reportingof production related KPIs
- Working closely withthe Cytiva Process teams
- Collaboration withGlobal Tax team to ensure accurate and timely CIT & VATfilings
- Communication, monitoring andadministering of relevant policies andprocedures.
- Accounting/ Financedegree (eg Master, MBA) and 5 - 7 year experience in FinancialReporting and Controlling of a manufacturingentity
- Strong analytical skills/ability toread, analyse, and interpret financial reports and legaldocuments.
- Demonstratedexpertise in MS Office and financial software (Onestream,Oracle)
- Experience in handling multipleconcurrent tasks and meeting strictdeadlines
- Advanced communication skills toeffectively communicate with management, public groups, peers andstaff
- Experience in working ina global USenvironment.
