- Oversight over financial closing and Reporting (US GAAP & Statutory)
- Preparation of statutory financial statements
- Main points person for internal, financial and tax auditors
- Responsible for SOX/ local financial controls
- Analysis and reporting of production related KPIs
- Working closely with the Cytiva Process teams
- Collaboration with Global Tax team to ensure accurate and timely CIT & VAT filings
- Communication, monitoring and administering of relevant policies and procedures.
- Accounting/ Finance degree (eg Master, MBA) and 5 - 7 year experience in Financial Reporting and Controlling of a manufacturing entity
- Strong analytical skills/ability to read, analyse, and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office and financial software (Onestream, Oracle)
- Experience in handling multiple concurrent tasks and meeting strict deadlines
- Advanced communication skills to effectively communicate with management, public groups, peers and staff
- Experience in working in a global US environment.
- Collaboration with Shared Service Centers
