your responsibilities:

The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Project Management Supplychain - A350 Freighter industrialization

Daily management of the supplier portfolio
Secure and monitor Demand Management
Define the optimal ordering characteristics and strategy
Anticipation of risks and drive mitigation actions
Demand and forecast control
Communicate with internal customers and external suppliers
Challenge Supplier performance
Missing Parts & Logistic Management
Specify and use of process automation
Contribute to decisions in the supply chain & project (using data management tools e.g. SAP)
Attend to regualer multi functional team (MFT) Meetings
Support the New Part Introduction (NPI) Process, associated Demand management

personal requirements:

Die Fähigkeit technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erkennen und zu analysieren
Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, um Ziele termingerecht zu erreichen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren
Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen zusammenzuarbeiten

studies:

Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degree or
Business administration at least Bachelor's degree or
Supply Chain / Logistics at least Bachelor's degree program

work experience:

Supply Chain / Logistics mind. über 1 Jahr

knowledge:

Risk Management at least good knowledge
Experience in cabin & cargo is a plus

languages:

Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher
Englisch mind. versiert

IT:

SAP mind. erste Anwendungskenntnis Google
Workspace von Vorteil

other qualifications:

Prozessmanagement Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Projektmanagement Kenntnisse von Vorteil
