About this role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital product managers and developers to understand user needs and business requirements
- Work with user research team and analyse data to inform design decisions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts
- Develop and maintain design documentation and assets
- Provide design support to development teams throughout the product development lifecycle
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in design and technology
