What You Will Do:
In this role, you will support the European Car Audio Team and Global RCP Team including the following:

Administrative support:

Travel and Visa Management, expense reporting
Team Events, Conferences and related Catering
Meeting scheduling and tracking
Information and documentation management
Purchasing Process
Resource planning with internal tools
External contractor handling
Tracking of approval processes

Operative support:

Onboarding of new employees
Compiling and distributing team reports
General site related tasks and adhoc projects as assigned

What You Need:

Ability to work independently and solution orientated.
Professional work experience of at least 3 years in a comparable position
Wellorganized and structured work behavior
Highly reliable regarding handling of confidential information
Flexibility in terms of short notice changes to tasks and priorities
Positive attitude, confident appearance, polite manners and assertiveness
Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in German and English language
Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
