- Unpacking, counting and documenting deliveries of goods as well as comparing them with delivery documents and, if necessary, making complaints in the event of discrepancies
- Proper storage of goods as well as packing and loading of deliveries
- Carrying out internal transportation, including delivery and conference catering
- Ensuring the operational readiness of internal transport vehicles
- Professional and proper preparation of food under supervision
- Portioning and serving menu components during meal distribution
- Equipping the food counter and self-service buffets with food and cutlery/dishes
- Processing cash register transactions including cash register accounting
- Reading out incorrect bookings and entering new bookings, reporting errors and faults and rectifying simple faults
- Commissioning and setting up (kitchen/coffee) machines and ensuring that everything runs smoothly Qualifikationen
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy
- Several years of professional experience in the catering industry
- Certificate from the health authority in accordance with the Infection Protection Act § or health certificate
- High level of service and customer orientation, flexibility and motivation
- Strong communication skills and an open manner towards our customers
