Your Contribution:


  • Prepare and manage the defined digital marketing budget, develop and monitor campaign budgets
  • Website
- and Content Management (Website, Shop, etc.) to continuously optimize the digital platforms and channels customer experience

  • Comprehensive Search Engine Optimization (On-Page und Off-Page)
  • Implement and optimize the Marketing Automation concepts and processes to strive for the best user experience
Performance Monitoring

  • Work with data lakes and prepare accurate reports on our marketing (campaign's) overall performance
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and visualize the data (in Locker Studio, Power BI e.g.)
Market Trends

  • Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the digital world
  • Research and forecast future performance trends

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Digital technologies or similar field
  • First working experience (13 years) in Digital Marketing or advertising position
  • Initial experience in developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing and social media channels
  • Handson experience with SEO, Google
- & Data Analytics, CMS software (e.g. Sitecore, SAP Hybris) and Marketing Automation

  • Familiarity with web design and digital (AI) tools
  • Good agile project management skills
  • Business fluent in English and German
