We as HR function for Production, Procurement and Quality are at the forefront of making the airplane production happening.

You, as Talent Acquisition Partner, will identify, attract and retain competencies from craft profiles up to production leaders on management level and further talents for our future.

Your Main Responsibilities:


As Talent Acquisition Partner:

  • You will identify, attract and recruit the best suitable talents to shape the future of Airbus
  • For this you will define recruitment strategies with the hiring manager understanding their business needs and where to find our potential new colleagues
  • You will be in charge of the interviewing and decision making process
  • You will ensure a modern recruitment process while being a brand ambassador for Airbus
  • You like to manage and contribute to international and crossdivisional projects and initiatives
  • For this you will represent Airbus at employment marketing events

Your Boarding Pass:


  • You have a university degree in human resources, business administration or similar
  • You bring profound experiences with active sourcing as well as the selection and interviewing techniques on different levels of hierarchy
  • You have extensive knowledge of recruiting craft and leading profiles and where to attract those
  • You are a digital native strongly experienced to work with social media and build up new digital networks
  • You are a positive, team oriented person with an openminded and hands on mindset, strong communication and networking skills as well as the ability to quickly gain knowledge and handle different topics in parallel
  • Your German and English language skills are at negotiating level
If you meet all expectations, the salary will range between 85.000€ and 94.000€.
