- Act as a technical engineer on Power Semiconductor Device (Si MOSFET), contribute in technical decisions & technical delivery on projects, working closely with technical leads
- Accountable for technical solutions, deliverables & risk management to meet long-term business goals
- Participate into the communication with client to understand requirements & define new technology direction & specification
- Develop & implement new technology concepts, including initial TCAD simulation studies, design layout, & manufacturing of new technology concept
- Ensure the new technology is delivered to the agreed electrical & reliability specifications, meeting the efficiency requirement in client's application
- Participate in the technical & trend analysis of the new generation power semiconductors
- Contribute to projects on time & with high-quality, & complete the research project development with related team members
- Master's or PhD Degree in Power Electronics / Semiconductor Physics or a similar related field
- Relevant working experience in power semiconductor device development
- Very good understanding on power semiconductor material, device design, process development, reliability, & failure analysis
- Have successful experience on power semiconductor product development & production
- Design & production experience on Si Power MOSFET
- Good teamwork ability & communication skills
- Very good English skills in written & spoken (working language), German language skills are a plus
