Intern/working student (M/F/d) Customer Relationship Management

Your Tasks

Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to understand their requirements and configure Salesforce to meet their needs
Assist in the creation and maintenance of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and other system improvements within Salesforce
Support data cleansing and data management efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Salesforce database
Help design and generate reports and dashboards using Salesforce to provide insights into sales performance and customer trends
Stay uptodate with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, providing recommendations for optimization
Offer general administrative support to the CRM team as needed, utilizing Salesforce's userfriendly interface

Your Qualificatons

A masters/bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus
Strong interest in CRM systems, Salesforce, and the technology industry
Solid understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management concepts
Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools
Exceptional problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Fluent oral and written English skills (all daytoday activities are performed in English)
