Job Summary
Applies acquired job skills to work on tasks that are semi-routine in nature. Focus is on semi-routine tasks within standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.

Responsibilities

Processing and documentation of customer support orders
Installation, cabling and electrical connection of racks, server hardware and network components
Installation and documentation of passive networks in copper and fibre optic design
Carrying out measurements of the passive network infrastructure incl. documentation
Installation of electrotechnical and mechanical components
Monitoring the technical infrastructure

Qualifications

Typically requires a high school diploma and proven years of equivalent work experience

Requirements:

Willingness for shift work (24* full shift operation)
Good PC skills
Passion for technology and customers
Good knowledge of English and German
