Recruitment Specialist (German)

Location:
Brixen/Bressanone, Italy (on-site)

Remuneration:
commission + accommodation provided

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creatively design and posting job ads on leading job portals and social media
Negotiate attractive employment terms with promising applicants
Identify clients' staffing requirements and defining the ideal qualifications for open positions

REQUIREMENTS:

No previous experience or special degrees required the employer invests in your potential
Excellent communication skills in German and English
High ambition and a proven track record of goal achievement
