Senior Specialist Organizational Design & HR Business Partnering Europe (M/F/d)

Your work scope to rethink impact

As Specialist Organizational Design and HR Business Partnering Europe, you will work closely with the leaders of our panEuropean business units and advise them on crossborder employee matters (e.g. in talent management and organizational and team development).
Your core tasks will include the strategic development and implementation of panEuropean HR standards and processes as well as policies and frameworks.
In addition, you will take on your own projects to shape and develop our European organization (e.g. the panEuropean harmonization of our job levels).
Overall, the implementation of the European HR strategy is an important part of your activities.
Of course, you will get to know our products and internal processes at the beginning. Your strong team as well as training offers will make you fit for your assignment. The Head of People, Organization & Culture will support you as your mentor.
Speaking of the team, there are currently seven bright minds working in Langenhagen/Hanover, all of whom share a great discovery mentality and a strong passion for people and their development. You will also be working virtually with your HR colleagues in Europe and in Japan to drive projects forward together. A strong team spirit and the joy of sustainable results connects and grounds us.

Your skills to rethink impact

Ideally, you have a degree in economics, social sciences, psychology or a comparable field.
You have several years of experience in the area of organizational development, as an HR Business Partner and/or in HR Consulting in an international context and you are very experienced in trustful cooperation with managers at all hierarchical levels.
You convince with your consulting skills in organizational and change management context as well as your great problemsolving skills.
Strategic thinking and tactical action combined with strong negotiating skills characterize your profile as well as your positive and futureoriented attitude.
You fill your creative scope in the diverse tasks of your position, you playfully switch between the ability to work highly conceptually or handson operationally.
Working effectively in crosscultural and/or crossfunctional teams is a matter of course for you. You get along well with different characters. Eye level is your favorite language.
Good knowledge of labor and works constitution law rounds out your expertise.
You are business fluent in German and English.
