Working Student (M/F/d) Real Estate Management:

DEPARTMENT:

StudentsThe Corporate Real Estate Management is the central area for the professional procurement, operation, operational security and management of Nordex Group's real estate portfolio.

The bundling of all functions in this corporate unit ensures the holistic and coordinated performance of all real estate tasks - from real estate strategy to land provision and secure operation to exploitation.

Due to this function, there are a variety of different daily tasks for engineers, security managers and working students.

YOUR TASKS:

Takeover of independent partial tasks from the CREM area, especially in areas such as:

Real estate security
Support for development and managing of global standards and specifications
Support for project and property Management
Documentation and data maintenance on various IT platforms (Planon, Nordex Internal appereance, Access Control Systems etc.)
Various administrative tasks from the CREM team

YOUR PROFILE:

Enrolled student (M/F/d) in the field of security management, real estate management or comparable degree programs
First professional experience in the real estate and security sector, particularly in access management, is desirable
Advanced use of MS 365 products and a strong understanding of technical systems and IT solutions
Organizational skills, initiative, structured way of working and high service orientation
Very good command of German and English, both spoken and written
Good analytical understanding and thinking skills
Confident, friendly and professional appearance towards all contacts & strong communication skills
