We're looking for you to join the Sports Production Team.


What you'll do

  • You independently support the SVP Sports in all administrative and organizational tasks and organize and coordinate internal meetings and workshops
  • You supervise and coordinate internal and external events from planning to execution
  • You're the communication interface for national and international business partners as well as colleagues
  • You'll be in charge of travel coordination, travel booking and travel accounting
  • You'll be responsible for independently creating, editing and finalizing presentations as well as projectbased activities for Sky Sport Styling
  • You're not only taking care of the contact with existing suppliers, but also for the acquisition of new partners for our onair styling
  • You attend several order appointments per year and take care of the organizational handling of apparel samples and their returns
  • You coordinate the current outfitter notes to be sent and collect report material for the outfitter
  • In cooperation with our stylists, you make a central contribution to the conception and implementation of the annual stylebooks for the Sky Sport On Air staff

What you'll bring

  • You've completed (office) business training or a comparable degree in a business field
  • You've experience in the field of TV media production further training in project management or event planning is a plus
  • Independent, autonomous and structured office management is a matter of course for you
  • You've comprehensive MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ideally you're also familiar with the tools of MS Teams
  • You're creative and have a flair for image aesthetics, colors and shapes as well as a high level of quality standards
  • Very good presentation skills, both at management level and in the operational environment are among your strengths
  • You're committed and discreet and have a friendly and confident manner
  • You're characterized by a high level of motivation, dedication, flexibility and a handson mentality
  • Good German and English skills round off your profile
