eCommerce Trading & Web Merchandising Coordinator

(M/F/d)

Ensure excellent customer experience

As an eCommerce Trading and Web Merchandising Coordinator, you'll be part of the North Europe eCommerce team located in Hamburg, Germany.

The team consists of 4 people focusing on content enhancement, conversion optimization and securing a good customer journey in 6 European countries.

At Pandora we strive to provide customers with seamless and frictionless commerce experience.

You'll have the opportunity to do this by becoming an eCommerce content expert, while working in cross-functioning teams to further optimize our sites.

This role is full time (40h) and temporary for now.

WE DELIVER - Let's deliver together:

Support of the merchandising, trading & optimization of the Northern European eStores (using the Sales Force Commerce Cloud)
Planning and execution of content related tasks in Core Media & PageDesigner incl. content creation process
Operational conception of new releases and promotions
Optimize and adapt the customer experience and customer journey based on reportings and analyses
Analyze effectiveness of eStore performance with Adobe Analytics and other tools, as well as derive recommendations to improve KPIs
You work in close coordination with colleagues from Trading, local Graphics department and translation partners

WE DREAM - This is what we dream of:

First work experienced within eCommerce (e.g. internships) is preferred, but not required
Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge is preferred, but not required
Experience from the retail or fashion industry in a global organization is appreciated but not a must
Adaptability to work in a fastpace and changing environment
Solid communication skills
Creativity and understanding for an appealing user experience and consumer thinking
Enjoy taking full ownership of your responsibilities and able to prioritize your tasks independently
Fluent in English is required; advanced language skills in German and English, Swedish, Danish, French and/or Dutch is a plus
