I am currently partnered with our Berlin-based client specialising in the tourist domain as they look to welcome a Head of Product to the team.

Your main tasks as Head of the product will include:

Coaching and developing a team of 6-8 PMs
Develop the product vision and strategy of the company's main 3 pillars.
Collaborate with numerous different stakeholders to help define and set shared goals

Ideal Head of Product

Strong Knowledge of the B2C market and enjoys the customercentric approach.
Experienced in leading product management teams.
Good understanding of agile development is a must and having agile/Scrum certification would be advantageous.
Solid Business sense as well as a good technical understanding
