Responsibilities:

Independent management of a production unit with responsibility for costs, quality, key figures and personnel planning
Further development of lean production systems in Oring manufacturing
Organization of the department according to business management aspects
Optimal use of personnel, operating resources and materials
Continuous improvement of processes, tools and operational procedures
Close cooperation with the technical development departments, quality management and product marketing
Compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
Leadership and further development of the team
Ensuring all HSE relevant tasks with active cooperation.

Qualifications:

Business administration or technical studies or corresponding further training
Management experience or corresponding training and education
Experience in production processes of a manufacturing / lean production and knowledge of business contexts
English language skills
