Furstenfeldbruck, DE, Req ID: 6926The Ingersoll Rand Precision Science and Technologies business is seeking a
Global Marketing Coordinator to execute critical growth capabilities within the global demand generation team for the Life Science Brands including Thomas, Welch, Air Dimensions, Zinsser Analytics and Tricontinent.


The Global Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for all the different types of customer events online and offline, (webinars, seminars & trade shows), the social media channels, including YouTube, multiformat content creation and distributor campaign manager.


This position will report directly to the Global Marketing Life Science Leader, while working closely with all the different regions, commercial and operational teams to drive effective demand generation campaigns.

This position offers the opportunity for cross business unit and global collaboration.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for Customer events online and offline for all Life Science Brands.
  • In charge of running webinars across the different countries and different brand
  • Aligning on the right webinar content, speaker and event promotion
  • Developing seminars strategy to penetrate on defined key accounts across brand and region
  • Define and implement guidance on trade show participation as well as budget management.
  • Implementation of event nurturing to ensure conversion into the funnel ad
  • Responsible to manage all social media channels:
  • Develop social media strategy per brand and per channel for western platforms
  • Develop communication plan multiformat
  • Support implementing new social media channels in Asia Pacific regions
  • Develop YouTube channel and optimize for SEO
  • Develop and implement social media calendar
  • Running social media event promotions and customer acquisition activities
  • Run social media campaigns that drive lead generation
  • Provide monthly reporting and analytics
  • Multiformat content creation:
  • Support value selling content creation across de brand
  • Develop video strategy
  • Run photo and video shotting activities to support the multiformat approach
  • Other responsibilities
  • Channel partners campaigns
  • Collaborate with distributors and resellers to coordinate combined campaigns
  • Business Analytics
  • Operate the different business analytics systems to create reports on a regular basis, ensuring organization and consistency
  • Marketing Automation
  • Manage and develop the strategy for online marketing automation nurturing campaigns, including roadmap creation and reporting

Professional Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing preferably in an lab and life science and/or industrial, B2B company
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with experience in web or digital marketing or related web development.
  • Experience with webinars, trade show and/or seminars with B2B customers
  • Nice to have experience in Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Position many require occasional travel. Travel could include international and domestic.
