VPS Region NCE represents the corporate product & technology organisation Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) in the 6+ GW p.a. regional business unit Northern & Central Europe (NCE), covering the entire business across the spectrum of Sustainable Energy Solutions with On
- & Offshore wind at the core in more than 30 countries. Our main responsibilities centre around technical contracting, technical value engineering, customisation and execution as well as regional product market strategy and product integrity management.

The Product Integrity team represents the VPS interface to the Regional organization & external stakeholders on topics of Product Integrity including product quality, reliability, and performance.

On those matters, it serves as a primary point of contact with internal stakeholders and governance as well as external stakeholders including customers, independent engineers, and other authorities.

Responsibilities
As a regional Head of Product Integrity NCE you will have the following responsibilities:

Communicate and promote internally on key Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) cases including coordination of regional inputs and expectations
Communicate externally to customers, independent engineers, authorities on key CIM as well as product compliance cases; participate in negotiations and deliver relevant documentation
Sign off and provide inputs on technical customer communication and define scope of third party verification and endorsement needs.
Orchestrate prioritization of CIM cases from a regional perspective and define the optimal implementation strategy within the Region in alignment with Regional functional management teams

- based on ongoing understanding of respective financial/customer impacts for each issue.

Align with other regional Product Integrity groups across the globe to develop strategic approach to global customers
Act as regional anchor for product safety and product quality topics in the Quality & HSE matrix organization

Qualifications
You have a M.Sc. in a relevant field of engineering or equivalent

Minimum around 10 years of experience within product development, product quality roles or similar
Professional presentation skills with ability and confidence to present to senior management internally & externally
Fluent in written and verbal English. Nice if you have additional language skills
