We are currently looking for Customer Support Specialists (f/m/d) to join our Team

What you will do

Being our customers voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
Collaborating with our different teams and having direct impact to improve our Product
Representing Vivid Money and build a trustful relationship with our customers

Requirements:

Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
Passion to build better customer service
Experience in customer support or work with customers
Native or fluent in English. Knowledge of other European languages is a plus
Very good command of MS Office and G-Suite you are a digital native
Experience with regulatory and government requests, customer's claims are an advantage
Financial or investment background is also a plus
