Responsibilities:

You will work in a highly motivated international team
As a contact person for the business group EagleBurgmann Germany you will find pragmatic solutions for complex legal issues and negotiate with international customers or suppliers
You will develop contract standards, advise and support the business group in the implementation of their contract management and provide training on various legal topics
You enjoy collaborating closely with other departments and regions
You actively take care of the mandating and coordinating external lawyers
You utilize entrepreneurial thinking and your legal expertise for risk analyses and risk management solutions
You work directly with the development departments on innovative solutions and knowhow protection

Qualifications:

Ideally, you have completed your legal education with a "vollbefriedigend"
Your first professional experience in an international commercial law firm or an international industrial company is beneficial
You combine professional competence, meticulous working methods and excellent analytical skills with economic understanding and pragmatism
You approach digitalization initiatives with enthusiasm and are familiar with MS-Office
You are proactive, openminded and enjoy developing balanced legal solutions in a dynamic working environment
You are business fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
