Your new responsibilities:

Be the interface between the Customs coordinators and Export Control Coordinators in the locations and the central department and cooperate with the other regional specialists
Communicate and implement the global strategy, guideline and processes in the region
Support the regular risk monitoring as part of our Internal Compliance Program as well support our locations in external customs audits.
Support the worldwide Export Control Coordinator for the Export Control Classification of the items with support of the Export Control department and Engineering Team
Ensure the screening of existing and new business partners with reference to final destination and enduse in compliance with international sanction lists
Support of line transfers and new locations by evaluating the impact with regard to customs and export control regulations

Your qualification:

Academic Degree in Economics, Customs & Foreign Trade or equivalent
Professional experience in Logistic, Purchasing, Sales or similar area
Experience in customs and/or export control activities as well as knowledge in customs, export control regulations desirable
Knowledge in MIC customs software desirable
Fluent German and English language skills spoken and written
Very good MS office 365 skills, knowledge in KNIME, UI Path, Power BI or similar is an advantage
Very good communication skills strong organization skills to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously, high level of personal integrity and thoroughness
