Our team has an opening for a

Partner Cloud Solution Architect for Security (PSA). As a PSA you are passionate about driving our customers' and partners' security transformation on the Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms and you will have the opportunity to set your technical, business and sales abilities to play.


In this role you will work close with both technical and business development roles with our most important partners, to sell and develop timely security solutions for our customers.

In the time of AI and Copilot, you look forward to going into conversations with customers and partners of how to adapt and evolve solutions to customer needs, now that that the market develops with AI and Copilot as a business advantage.


Responsibilities:


As a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) for Security, you will proactively engage with the technical and business leadership at Microsoft partners and their customers across Germany.


The PSA represents Microsoft to the channel, communicates our tech strategy, sells our vision and brings partners along in the digital transformation journey.

The outcome will be to accelerate high value opportunities, drive long-term revenue, cloud consumption and digital transformation through a set of practices leading to workload/industry based co-sell.

- **Customer Impact with Partners**: You will drive high quality engagements with customer and partners

Technical Sales Enablement for Customer Success: Enable partners on technical pre-sales skills while supporting initial partners' wins and work to unblock technical issues

Technical Engagement: Lead deep technical engagements, including; Briefings, Proof of Concepts, Architectural Design Sessions, and Hackathons

Growth Thinking: Share best practices, translate patterns you have identified into programmatic growth initiatives, and collaborate with Microsoft's Sales & Engineering teams to generate growth opportunities

Solution Development: Aid partners to develop and implement high quality solutions and/or services leveraging Microsoft's latest technologies

Evangelism & Thought Leadership: Evangelize partners' practices and solutions in customers' implementations via Technical briefings and Architecture Review Sessions. Leverage conferences, events to drive thought leadership and create new opportunities


Qualifications:


  • Deep understanding of security, cloud computing, business drivers, and emerging IT trends and their impact on customer opportunities.
  • Proven track record of building deep technical sales relationships with CXOs and practice building executives in ISV, MSSPs and Sis.
  • Ability to spot growth opportunities and solve Partner problems, unblock technical issues, leveraging internal and/or external resources.
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
