We are seeking a highly skilled tech lead with experience in web and mobile app development to lead our dynamic development team.

Tasks

Collaborate with the development team and product manager to strategize and plan software solutions
Oversee the architecture design for clientside and serverside of our systems, including our mobile apps and upcoming web platform
Lead the development and maintenance of our software across multiple platforms
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software
Ensure the implementation of security and data protection settings
Write technical documentation
Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software
Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in software development, and proactively recommend improvements to existing systems
Mentor junior team members, improving their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tech lead or similar role
Experience with full stack web development and knowledge about mobile app development (Native iOS and Android)
Knowledge of multiple frontend technologies and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, React.

Js, XML, jQuery)

Knowledge of multiple backend technologies (e.g. Java) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. )
Familiarity with databases (e.g. MongoDB), Cloud servers & Architecture (e.g. AWS, Google, Azure), and UI/UX design
Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
Language requirements: English (full professional proficiency) (& German is advantageous)
Must be based in Berlin
