United States? In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing Team and Office Managers, supporting them in creating captivating content, managing our offline and online presence in our local territory, and assisting with essential operational tasks.

Role Description:


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Social Media team to create engaging content such as Stories, Posts, and Newsletters for various platforms
• Actively manage online community by promptly responding to inquiries received through social media channels and website. Monitor daily interactions to foster audience engagement and build positive relationships
• Assist the Office Manager with essential operational tasks, including onboarding new agents, preparing listing presentations, creating property lists and sheets, conducting market research, and generating reports
• Assistance in the production of marketing material and website updating

Requirements:

• You are able to take part in this internship for a minimum of 6 months
• You are a Student/Recent Graduate from a University outside of the United States
• Your studies focus on Business, Marketing, Communications or Real Estate
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with G Suite, Zoom, Canva is preferred
• Strong writing and communication skills in English, attention to detail
• Highly organized and can multitask
• Ability to work independently and to meet deadlines
• You're a selfstarter we don't expect you to know everything straight away but we value your ability to learn
• You have a strong interest in Social Media and Marketing

The Offer

• Internship remuneration of $1,300 net/month for a 68 month internship
• Internship remuneration of $1,500 net/month for a 912 month internship
