In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver the best customer experience to our dealers in the Central and Eastern Europe area and build long-term relationships with them.

Tasks

As their competent partner, you will support them with all their questions related to orders and deliveries and support them in the best way possible.
Servicing our already registered dealers is your focus, but you also help to win new customers and interest them in cooperation with Parts Europe.

Requirements:

You have already gained first professional experience in the areas of customer service, customer support, internal sales or similar.
Ideally, you share our passion for motorcycles, ATV/UTV, bicycles etc. and the associated products and accessories.
A professional level of English (written and spoken) is mandatory for this role, besides you are fluent in at least one other Eastern European language (e.g., Slovakian, Czech, Hungarian).
You are openminded, communicative and have a distinct service and customer orientation.
Routine handling of the common MS Office programs and experience in using an ERP system round your profile.
