Tasks are a.o.
Independent completion of project management and administrative tasks in:

• Financial management (budget planning, funds management and accounting of budget for EU-funded project(s))
• Personnel management including employment, travels a.o. for international employees within the project
• Independent handling and processing of correspondence in German and English

- general administrative work


Required Qualification

• Successfully completed training as foreign language assistant (English) or commercial training with proven knowledge of the English language
• Experience with thirdparty funding management within EUframework, and general administrative tasks.
• Very good command of written and spoken German and English, enjoys bilingual communication
• Confident and friendly demeanor, ability to work in a team in a multinational environment, as well as careful, independent and responsible work
• Pleasure in working with scientific and nonscientific staff as well as with students.

- high willingness to work and ability to learn in a constantly changing field of activity


Desired Qualification
Experience in the management of third-party funds within the framework of EU projects


Remarks:

• Severely disabled persons will be considered preferentially in case of equal suitability and qualification.
• The position is limited to 10 hours per week and initially for 1 year. The possibility of further employment is given.

TV-L up to E9a according to qualification

Time limit: 1 year with option for extension

This is a part-time position, 20 h/week; working hours: by agreement.
