- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SAP CS (Customer Service) module and SAP Service Cloud related inquiries and support requests.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that drive efficiency and improve customer service.
- Configure and customize the SAP CS module and SAP Service Cloud to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to end users on SAP CS and SAP Service Cloud functionality, including training and troubleshooting as needed.
- Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP Consultant with expertise in the CS (Customer Service) module and SAP Service Cloud.
- Additional experience in related SAP modules (QM, SD, MM) is useful (not essential)
- Hands-on and able to carry out customisation settings independently
- ABAP or debugging knowledge is desirable (not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
