YOUR ROLE

As our Chief of Staff (f/m/d), you will have a decisive share in the further business development of one of the fastest growing green hydrogen and e-fuels companies.

By partnering with our CEO and Management Board (CTO/CFO/COO), you will be crucial in implementing ideas and executing strategies.

In detail, you will take full responsibility for the following tasks:

Act as the right-hand of our CEO
Analyze and prepare information and make recommendations to our CEO and the Management Board
Support Sunfire's management, especially the CEO and CFO, in planning, executing and implementing strategic projects (e.g. M&A, financing, partnerships, etc.)
Prepare and followup on Management Board, Advisory Board and investor meetings
Conceptualise and prepare management communication with internal and external stakeholders together with the Communications department

YOUR PROFILE
If you meet the following requirements, we may be a good fit:

You worked in a similar role, management consulting, investment banking or a start-up for at least one year
You have a toptier university degree with a focus on business or business engineering
You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and a particularly high level of selfmotivation
You are able to create concise and convincing presentations and pitch decks
You have a "get things done" attitude and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment
