As a Talent & Culture Generalist (f/m/d) you are the one who
- is the contact person for all human resources matters for managers and employees
in multiple regions including UK, Canada, Scandinavia, Finland and Germany (supported by an internal or external partner for legal questions);
- takes care of the entire employee life cycle of our employees;
- supports managers to manage career development, review processes, roles and responsibilities, learning and training;
- manages documentation and implementation of HR policies across regions;
- is responsible for drawing up contracts and all HR documents including certificates and references for our international employees, and maintaining People & HR documentation, as well as the compliance of our HR system (Agileday);
- supports talent acquisition activities (mainly in Germany) & ensures the smooth onboarding of new employees;
- takes over office lead responsibilities (Munich office).


Therefore you
- are a - in Munich based
  • Pro in HR, ideally with agency or startup background;
- have a minimum of 3 years experience in a generalist HR position, specializing within the DACH region;
- have a strong level of knowledge in employment law matters, with the ability and experience of advising on up-to-date legislation including more complex legal cases;
- have the creativity to support Talent Acquisition activities with great ideas to counteract on the lack of specialists;
- are experienced in managing an HR function that encourages and prioritizes employee feedback and have a strong focus on cultural initiatives;
- have the ability to communicate, present to and influence employees in a goal-oriented, people-centered manner - in both, German and English, face to face and remotely;
- are willing to work in a full time role that works across numerous time zones (which requires some flexibility for hours);
- love to do systematic, independent work with a strong hands-on and overall proactive behaviour;
- are open to new solutions, or even develop them on your own;
- are interested in your own personal growth and being an engaged part of a cohesive team, and last but not least
- you are great fun to work with.
