Faurecia's VIE Program_

The VIE Program of Faurecia is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiary around the world

As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship.

Your position and environment?
Our Business Unit Clean Mobility is looking for its Just-In-Time Plant
Heilbronn for a

VIE Operations Quality and Transfer project support (m/w/d) - Heilbronn
In this role you will support our management team to ensure best service to a premium german OEM.

Your role and responsibilities_**- Support the production supervisors in the implementation of the 8 Quality Basics (define, update, train, implement, track, alert in case of deviation ).

Leads creation and tracking of 8D/QRCI for internal and external claims (customer and supplier)
Support quality manager in planning, preparation and execution of audits (product, process, system)
Prepare product/process transfer documentation and lead communication with receiving plant
Use transfer management system and present progress during management review
Support ME manager in rationalization of machine capacity and preparation of machine transfer

The mission will last
12-24 months.

Master degree in industrial or mechanical engineering, quality management.
English fluent, German basic knowledge with motivation to become fluent, French (from B2) is a plus.
APQP, 8D and problem solving methodology
Structured way of thinking and able to describe issues in a precise way.
Handon mentality / Gemba mindset
First experience in industrial environment
Able to communicate accurately to various stakeholders (shopfloor, customer, management)
IT System basic knowledge (Excel, SAP etc.) and good knowledge of working on a PC in MS Office
