Plan A has set itself the ambitious goal to decarbonise a million businesses within the next few years, using science and technology.

We offer a software for decarbonisation and ESG reporting capabilities, that enables businesses of the likes of BMW, Mollie, Sorare, GANNI, Chloé and N26, to successfully manage their net zero journey.

Building and growing Plan A has been only possible thanks to our ever-expanding team across Europe.

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Success Team.

As Customer Success, you are the face of Plan A to our clients, and the voice of our clients within our organisation.

How You'll Make An Impact


Work with customers to help them upload the correct data to measure their footprint, and to validate what's been uploaded.

You'll work closely with our customer-facing teams on this
Help our customers navigate our platform and get the results they need
Work with our product management and development teams to flag high-priority issues our customers are raising and convert them into future product road maps


Become an expert on the Plan A platform: Leveraging deep product and carbon accounting knowledge, innovatively resolve partners' pain points and identify opportunities for future product development
Help our customers get access to the relevant resources and templates Plan A provides to help them understand our system


Requirements:

You've demonstrated success in customer relationship management, especially at a growing startup working with Enterprises
You've demonstrated a consistent record of building and fostering durable business relationships; you remain calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism, and celebrate customers' successes with them
You have comfort in working cross-functionally, aligning with sales leaders, product teams or customers at the biggest companies in the world to make sure our customers achieve their goals
You're a savvy and tactful communicator with experience managing complex business relationships; you intuitively find the right tone and feel comfortable working with people from a wide range of backgrounds
You're comfortable working in fast-paced environments, troubleshooting issues in real-time and overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously
English and German fluency required
