Molecular analysis of individual tumor tissue is necessary to develop tomorrow's personalized cancer medicines.

Tasks

Receipt and registration of sample material for clinical studies
Documentation and recording of clinical data
Communication with international clinical centers and study teams
Assistance, monitoring and supervision of clinical studies in cooperation with project managers and pathologists
Coordination of individual sample workflow in collaboration with different related departments
Transmission of test results
Electronic recording of results in our databases
Quality control of database entries

Requirements:

Completed apprenticeship, Bachelor ́s degree or similar educational background preferred
Experience in working on clinical studies as well as data collection, documentation and management is desirable, but not a prerequisite
Career changers with professional experience in the field of clinical studies will be considered
Very good written and spoken English skills
Structured, responsible and independent way of working
Wellversed in handling the MS Office package
Experience in working with LabWare LIMS, SAP or comparable databases would be an advantage
Distinct service orientation, confident and friendly demeanor, communicative competence and team spirit
Reliability and resilience are required
A sense of detail and quality awareness
Quick comprehension, even with flexible task structures and their spontaneous changes
Ideally, experience in a projectbased work environment
