Your tasks:

As part of Technology and Architecture Europe the role of the Enterprise Architect is to help design the IT target landscape that facilitates the implementation of the business and IT strategies. The enterprise architect drives the evolution towards the target IT landscape by defining roadmaps, blueprints, standards and policies that govern architectural decisions.
Your tasks:
Conducts analysis and assessments of the current landscape and systems for As-Is / Target gap analysis, identifying existing problems and formulating landscape transformation solutions
Researches and evaluates emerging architecture patterns and relevant industry and market trends
Define and articulate landscape transformation solutions that evolve the target IT landscape in line with business and IT strategies
Design reusable building blocks that would facilitate the migration to the target IT landscape and reduce transitional roadmaps implementation efforts
Define, steer and monitor the implementation of the IT portfolio roadmaps
Ensures the solution architecture role or provides architectural and development expertise for strategic enterprise solutions
Develops architectural artefacts (principles, blueprints, guidelines, standards, policies) that govern the IT landscape transformation and architectural decisions
Evaluates proposed solutions against the internal relevant standards and principles and the alignment with IT strategy and target landscape
Train and mentor solution and system architecture teams on working within enterprise architecture framework

Requirements:

Your profile:
Several years of IT experience preferably IT architecture related
Several years' experience as IT responsible
Experience with iPaaS solutions would be a plus
Previous experience in defining complex IT architectures
In depth knowledge of IT architecture patterns, integration patterns and security
Functional decomposition and capabilitybased planning
In depth knowledge of agile delivery methods and frameworks
Design, specify and develop interfaces based on common web connectivity messaging / standards / protocols and architecture patterns.
Good communicator and facilitator able to evangelize and facilitate the adoption of enterprise architecture standards across various stakeholders.
Clear customer orientation, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking
Ability to work individually or within a team as well as be able to direct and coordinate program activities
Proficient level of English
