About the role:


As a Search Executive you will support the Search team on the day-to-day business as well as taking over long-term projects to optimize the Paid Search performance.

Working alongside the German e-commerce team, category managers and our media agency you will be working on the one of the most important digital channels.

This requires a variety of tasks from campaign analytics, creating appealing ads and optimizing campaign performance. You will become an expert of our Dyson products to ensure the right ads and messaging are shown. Therefore, you have a strong eye for detail and enjoy deep diving into various topics.

Always focused on delivering our sales and efficiency targets, you will be strongly involved into the continuous optimization of the accounts.

First experience with Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, shopping feeds and digital marketing campaigns is advantageous.

Accountabilities

  • Support with Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Continuous keyword and channel optimization based on performance
  • Building testing roadmaps to drive growth
  • Customer journey improvement based on Search Query Insights
  • Implementation of promotions in Shopping and Text Ads
  • Competitor insights: monitor competition and optimise ad copy accordingly
  • Working closely with channel specialists in media agency as well as internally with category and ecommerce teams
  • Drive the collaboration with webshop team for a combined SEA and SEO strategy

About you:


  • Digital Marketing or general business degree
  • Native or fluent in German and English is a must
  • First experience in SEA on either the client or agency side would be preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Very Detail orientated working approach
  • Familiarity with main KPIs for Search campaigns
  • Understanding of various paid media platforms
  • Collaborative and able to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders; able to manage external agencies on a project basis
