System-on-chip (SoC) architect (M/F/d) in the area of autonomous driving:

Your tasks:

Overall responsibility for the development of architecture for heterogeneous, complex SoCs.
Analysis and approval of the SoC architecture for series production.
Independent evaluation of new technologies and architectures (functional and physical).
Development of chip architecture for heterogeneous, complex SoCs for digital process technologies in the 7nm range and smaller. Close cooperation with design, simulation and verification team.

Your profile:

Completed university studies in electrical engineering, computer science, or information technology
At least 4 years of professional experience in chip development (IT, Telekom, Automotive, Computing,...) as well as in the field of system architecture and interfaces
Knowledge of chip development tools (Synopsys, Cadence, Siemens) architecture, simulation and frontend design as well as in the area of computer architectures, digital signal processing, GPU, CPU, deep learning networks
Good knowledge of spoken and written English, German is a plus
