Your Mission


You will contribute to the development of our first-in-class in-vehicle infotainment system MBUX - using various technologies, frameworks, and interfaces.

You will contribute to the development and integration of our first-in-class in-vehicle infotainment system MBUX.


The role is a dual role meant for test-engineers that want to develop into a scrum master role or scrum master with hands on experience in verification and testing.

In this role, you will be responsible to support a team that is developing middleware for features in the video and multimedia domain, e.g., HDCP support, diagnostics for display and camera devices, and rear-view cameras into a converged embedded automotive system.


You are going to support the team in developing an agile mindset and living according to the agile values and principles.

You will be supporting your teams in communicating with stakeholders outside our organization as a contact person between departments and other scrum teams.

Besides the classical scrum master role, you will support the team and product owner with task and feature verification and support the team within the integration process with the project release team.

Your Profile


Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification Skills.

Experience:
  • 3+ years of professional experience with Agile development principles. In particular, practice with Scrum and Scrum teams, preferably in a testing environment
  • Experience with scaling agile development into larger organizations.
  • Experience in manual and automated testing.
  • Definition and execution of basic feature tests in collaboration with developers.
  • Test execution of the defined tests in collaboration with developers.
  • Affinity with the automotive industry and experience with embedded SWdevelopment environments, possibly including automotive product development processes.
  • Working knowledge of audit methodologies, workflows, and processes in software development departments.
