GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (OUTSIDE SALES) M/F/d

JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


In this role you are accountable for the overall relationship and activities between ONE and your assigned Global Key Accounts.


  • Responsibility for negotiating and managing the contract and client relationship
  • Escalation point for enquiries or complaints
  • Responsibility for setting the goals and strategy for development and growth of the business for your assigned accounts in close cooperation with the Global Sales Management Team
  • Close contact with customer's key players and procurement owners as needed up to Senior Management level
  • Liaise with all relevant internal ONE departments locally, regionally and globally

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional shipping experience within selling/negotiating/outside sales on Key Account level ideally in the Global NVO segment
  • Target and solutionoriented with structured and highly selfmotivated work style
  • Competitive with strong communication as well as excellent negotiating and internal/external diplomatic skills
  • Good teamplayer with broad and profound shipping knowledge as well as strategic and analytical skills
  • Cross functional and commercial mindset & knowhow
  • Strong digital orientation and growth mindset
  • Business fluent in English and local language
