- As a leading designer and manufacturer of collaborative robots in China, ELITE ROBOTS focuses on redesigning industry standards and R&D. At our R&D center in Suzhou, we offer true creativity and innovation as well as the technical knowhow to take projects from conception to successful production. ELITE ROBOTS already produces over cobots a year. ELITE ROBOTS fully exploits the mechanisms and advantages of collaborative robotics lightweight and flexible collaborative robots for assembly, machine loading & unloading, material recognition, order picking, stacking and unloading, grinding and polishing. ELITE cobots have also been available in Europe since 2020. In order to set up and expand our European structure, we are looking for young or also experienced talents from the fields of robotics, plant or process planning, automation and all related work areas regardless of the industry.
We are currently looking for:
- Regional Sales Manager (M/F/d)

Tasks in daily business:
Development and Implementation of a regional sales strategy
Responsible for sales goals and quotes in assigned territory
Hunt for new sales opportunities and once qualified/validated introduce them to the local robot distributors
- Drive
Develop countermeasures to get back to budget if behind
Manage opportunity funnel, forecasting and action plans
Canvas, initiate, qualify sales leads, and follow through to ensure a solid sales funnel with distributors
Participate in joint visits with distributor's sales reps to end-users and integrators
Represent company at trade shows and other professional activities
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of competitive products and their activity in the marketplace.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.
Your Qualifications:
Studies of business economics, industrial engineering, robotics, or automatization
alternatively appropriate vocational training with working experience >5 years experience in outside sales, preferably
with distributors
Previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products
Strong sense of understanding of the value proposition to end-users
Business acumen that can be applied at different levels of decision makers from senior
management to technical support
Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written in German and English language,
other languages could be an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
