We are currently looking for our future
Business Support Assistant (M/F/d) Controlling based in Blieskastel for a permanent contract.

Your mission

You provide assistance and administrative support to managers and staff for a function at the group level (people based in different countries)
You coordinate meetings, such as scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available
You support regarding the preparation of presentations and analysis of data for differen meetings
You schedule appointments for supported staff and answer or redirects routine enquiries from internal or external sources
You accurately transcribe, type, format, and proof read documents (e.g., correspondence, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations)
You perform other administrative tasks using independent judgment and discretion
You are the driving force behind all initiatives designed to improve the operation of the various departments

Your profile

You have completed your Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or have got a similar qualification
You have got first experience in a similar position in an international company
Your knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) enables you to support with presentations and analysis
You have good communication/writingskills
Organisational skills, solution orientation, selfemployment, flexibility and discretion are your strengths
You speak fluent English, German and/or French language skills would be a plus
